Quick Dinner Rolls
1 ½ cups of warm water
1 packet yeast
2 tbsp sugar
4 cups of flour
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp of butter
1.In a small bowl mix together yeast, 1 tsp sugar, and warm water and let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
2.Meanwhile in the bowl of the stand mixer add dry ingredients, only starting with 3 cups of flour.
3.Next add the butter.
4.Then add yeast mixture.
5.Mix until well combined adding a little flour at a time until dough pulls away from the sides.
6.Knead 5 minutes.
7.Slightly oil. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 20 minutes.
8.Punch down dough and form into 21 balls (I do 21 because that’s 3 for everyone in our family)
9.Let rise for another 20 minutes.
10.Preheat oven to 400.
11.Remove from oven. Serve warm with butter.
12.Enjoy!
